Offshore Islands Annual Return
Offshore Islands Company has different due date and requirements according to the jurisdictions;
BVI Company Annual Return
BVI company is required to submit AR fee to the Rigstar according to its incorporate date.
Incorporated in Jan-June, AR due date is May 31st;Incorporated in July-Dec, AR due date is November 31st.
Must fully settle annual fee 20 days in advance of due date, between May 10th and November 10th, to avoid any penalties occur.
Anguilla Company Annual Return
According to the incorporation date, Anguilla company proceed AR quarterly; such as from Jan-March, for the due date is 31st March
Must fully settle annual fee 20 days in advance of due date, between May 10th and November 10th, to avoid any penalties occur.
Seychelles Comapny Annual Return
Seychelles company annual review is based on the establishment time, generally 15 working days in advance to pay the annual fee.
Overdue will result in a government fine. In addition to the annual review of annual fees, according to Article 119 of the Seychelles International Business Companies Act (revised 2013), each company must submit an annual declaration to the registered agent before December 31 of each year. ".
Marshall Islands Company Annual Return
Must fully settle annual fee 15 days in advance of due date, to avoid any penalties or prosecution occur.
Panama Company Annual Return
Annual Return are settled in a half-year basis.
Companies registered in January-June are reviewed annually before June 15; companies registered in July-November are reviewed annually before December 15 of each year.
The annual fee is paid 20 working days before the general due date, so that it can be submitted to the registration office in time
Belize Company Annual Return
The annual review of the Belize company is generally based on the establishment time; regardless of the time of establishment,
it must be submitted to the annual review by the end of July each year.
Generally, 15 working days in advance, that is, before July 15th, the annual fee will be paid for the annual review, and the government fine will be imposed after the deadline.
Samoa Company Annual Return
The annual review of the Samoa company must be submitted to the annual review by the end of November each year.
Generally, 20 working days in advance, the annual fee is paid for the annual review
